Do you work on project pricing or an hourly rate?

Do you have a large staff?

Since your staff is small, will our relationship and communications suffer?

Would your services replace or displace my existing Web site developer and/or advertising agency relationships?

If we have in-house staff dedicated to technical and marketing communications, and Web development, why would we need your services?

Can you help develop the skills of my internal staff?

Do you have a specific process that you use with your clients?

No. We don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to your unique business. What we do first is listen to your assessment of what your needs are, and then work together to style an arrangement of consulting services and deliverables that fits your needs, budget and resources. With a Free Consultation, we can usually get a snapshot view of what processes and methods will work best for you.

How much do you charge?

Our rates are competitive with other professional business services, and often less than others that produce work/results of similarly high quality. High quality also means easier working relationships, better service and most of all, results that will excel in meeting your objectives. We recommend our Free Consultation for you to assess our potential value to your business.

Do you work on project pricing or hourly rate?

We can work in any way that meets the mutual objectives of your business and ours. Many of our clients prefer the not-to-exceed project price, while others prefer hourly rates. Once they've worked with us, a majority of our clients prefer to negotiate a Partner Rate for us to be on their team over a period of time for more global support - both tactical and strategic.

Do you have a large staff?

No. We learned long ago that the way to provide the highest level of capabilities (value!) to our clients is to have arrangements with a variety specialists in a virtual business model. This way you are assured a level of expertise that's seldom available in even the largest firms, and at a fraction of what they charge. As a result, we have worked successfully for major global corporations, as well as small start-ups.

Since your staff is small, will our relationship and communications suffer?

It's actually the exact opposite. Because we are small, our clients command a high percentage of our time and you are directly engaged with the people doing the work. There are no layers of sales or account management. This is one of the reasons we are able to deliver high quality results in remarkably short timeframes.

If we have in-house staff dedicated to technical and marketing communications, and Web development, why would we need your services?

Actually, when the true costs are considered, we are probably less expensive to your company than your in-house department. You also get the benefit of working with experts who have experience working with different businesses and challenges, with a level of objectivity and expertise that would be difficult to get internally.

Would your services replace or displace my existing Web site developer and/or advertising agency relationships?

Not necessarily. In some cases, our clients have asked us to partner with other professional services to bring our own expertise to the team, particularly in the areas of information design and technical communications for our technology-based clients.

Other times, our clients may a have a relationship that doesn't feel "right," but they aren't sure where to turn or how to make a change. We serve as your ambassadors in getting those relationships on the right track.

Most often, we have helped executive management evaluate the value of these relationships with an eye to improve the efficiency, determine cost-effectiveness, or to serve as your strategic, thinking "liaison" between your business and the outsourced resource.

Can you help develop the skills of my internal staff?

Through the course of our relationship, we often provide training and process overhauls to in-house staff so that they can be more effective and increase their value to the business. Recommending newer tools and providing "turn-key" communications solutions, we frequently empower them to take over better, more efficient ways to do their jobs.
